Martelli acquired by Elleti Group
The Martelli group, worldwide known for its knowledge and know-how in denim laundry and garment finishing technics, has be been acquired by Elleti group, the Verona based Denim and Garment manufacturer.
The Martelli group had entered Chapter 11 procedure in last February.
By buying Martelli group (which includes the three Italian subsidiaries and also a facility in Romania & Morocco), Eletti groups wishes to increase its presence in Italy and foreign markets.
We are very happy for Luigi Martelli and his family, that their iconic company will live through this new adventure.
